Sat nam & welcome! I think you will find this course helpful in getting you started in kundalini yoga no matter what your body type. I began teaching kundalini yoga nine years ago and had to stop for a while due to poor health. I know from first-hand experience what it's like to live with a chronic illness, and I understand the needs of someone who experiences pain daily, which can be triggered by the most minor things. I also understand that sometimes you may just not want to move your body. That's OK! That is why I am pleased to deliver this class to you, a low-impact set, because you can participate in yoga class, you can move your body and feel better afterwards. Step inside and you'll see!
